We are strong supporters of our Military Veterans and Active Duty. Therefore we have classes each week designed specifically for helping Veterans and Active Duty that have PTSD, anxiety or depression. These classes are designed thru the Warriors for Healing guidelines. We also host a donation based class each year in November for the Veterans Yoga Project to raise money to help Veterans. You can find out more about these classes on our Veterans page.
Both Sherri and Kat volunteer a few hours a week at The Caring Place doing Reiki and Yoga for those touched by cancer, including their family members and caregivers.
